  Major parameters which influence the strength of steel tubing include chemical composition and rolling technology as well as heat  processing technology. The rolling aspect makes small influence on the L80 petroleum steel tubing that has been quenched and tempered. Hence, the two major process components during the fabrication as far as product strength  concern; are steel making and heat processing. Fluctuation which may appear both during steel making and heat processing throughout the production stage is closely monitored and analyzed. Narrowing the fluctuation range is  managed to better control the working procedure and then to improve the stability of the mechanical properties of L80 product.
  To make sure to comply required standards and specifications every stage of the production is being closely and stringently monitored.
  To meet different geological conditions as well as for the subsurface environment of complicated stress conditions,  L80 petroleum steel tubing is specially manufactured.

  L80 petroleum steel tubing mainly includes three types, such as L80-1, L80-9Cr and L80-13Cr. All of them can provide  outstanding corrosion resistance. In addition, they all possess the yield strength of 552 to 655MPa and the tensile strength of above 655MPa, providing wonderful mechanical properties. The surface of our product is processed  by heat treatment, which makes smooth appearance without any phenomenon like crease, hairline, separation, crack or scab. After the hydraulic test, hardness test and some others, our product can well ensure its sealing performance  and impact resistance.
